How the booking page is used and configured

Booking Page

Select the ‘Booking System’ option on which is in the menu bar that it displaying the ‘Booking Page’ menu.

The ‘Booking portal’ allows your clients (patients) to fill out their personal information. After they have filled out their personal information, they will be booked their time slot of appointment for treatment.

“For patients to register, they need to visit your unique link for your company, an example of a unique link: https://meridiq.com/web-test/booking/XXXX, and fill out their details”.

 

Note: You can copy and paste the link into the preferred messaging platform. Link it on your homepage or social media or include it in the booking confirmation the client receives when booking a treatment.

Clicking the Link

 

Clicking the URL link will take your client to the booking portal where the name and the logo of the company are already displayed.

 
  • Choose the preferred language.
  • Clients will select their specific service to book an appointment.
  • Clients will select available practitioners for that service and an available time slot.
  • New clients will provide personal information and profile pictures.
  • Click on Continue and book the appointment. Clients can also cancel their booked appointment from the booking portal, client’s booking records.
 

Note: Clients can book their appointment by email (ID) one or more times. Users can always edit clients’ profiles and update their email.
