How do you verify a Client?

It is very important that you verify your clients before consent is signed or treatment is started. This is to make sure they are who they claim to be. In MERIDIQ you have a “Verification” button that allows you to document how they have verified themself to you.

You have several options for how they verified themselves, and you have a text field where you can add your own text.
