Customize your own Questionnaires

Own questionnaires

If you want to create your own custom questionnaires they are accessed here to be created, updated, and saved/deleted.

To add a Questionnaire you select the “+ Add”-icon and type in the name of your new Questionnaire. It’s easy to update and change the title by just clicking the “Edit”-icon.

After you have created the title of your new questionnaire you can easily add questions by selecting the “three dots and dash”-icon and from there you can add your questions and sort them accordingly.
