Change billing information and payment settings
Billing
This page contains your subscription, billing, and payment information. Here, you can upgrade or cancel your subscription plan.
Card and billing information can also be edited. You will be required to provide a VAT Number. Invoices that summarize payment, amount, and status are also included on this page. You can download the invoice for other usages.
Download your receipts and paid invoices
From the Billing page, you can download all your invoices in a PDF format.
Update your billing information
You can easily update or change your billing information Billing menu
How do you add a new credit/debit card?
If you need to update or add a new credit card for your subscription you can “update card info” from the Billing page
How do you upgrade your license?
If you need to upgrade your license you do so from the “Upgrade Plan” page. Here you just “drag” the counter to the number of employees you need to have access to MERIDIQ, and just click on “Upgrade Plan”. If you are a user with a paid subscription you are automatically upgraded and you don't have to do anything else.
If you are a Free user you will need to provide your credit card details after you select “Upgrade Plan”.
