How to configure the system and company settings
Add a Team Member
“There are two roles for the User- Admin or User. Fill in the corresponding information and submit.
Admins: Full access but no access to “Company Information” or “Billing.”
Users: Same as admins, and no access to “Custom Questionnaire”, Letters of Consent, Registration Portal, or Upgrade Plan You can add, edit, and delete users.
Note: “You can only add the number of admins/users that you have subscribed to.”
Company information
This is the information that was provided during registration. Using the icons, you can edit, change, or delete any information that is not accurate.
From this page, you select your color theme for the Registration Portal and Booking Page. You can also add a custom image background.
System Settings
Unit: Choose the appropriate unit.
Language: Ensure appropriate language.
Theme: Choose a suitable theme.
Time: Choose the time format.
First day in the week: Choose the first day in the week which is displayed on the calendars in MERIDIQ.
Activate 2FA: 2FA is an advanced security feature that requires you to provide a security code each time you log in from a new device.
Change your language
You can easily change your language from the System Settings menu
Change your color theme
From the Company Information page, you can change your color theme for your Registration Portal and Booking Page.
Switch from 24 to 12 hours AM/PM
You can easily change your time settings from the System Settings menu
Change your currency
You can easily change your language from the System Settings menu
Increase security with 2FA for login
You can easily increase your security level when from the System Settings menu by setting a 2FA (2 factor authentication). This will activate email confirmation during login.
