How to Save as Draft and Save and Sign your Loc/Notes/Procedure

Submit Draft - Submit and Sign

If you click on the “Submit Draft” button then it will be saved as an “Unsigned” Note/Procedure/Loc. This allows you to edit the Draft and make changes if necessary but it is not yet Signed.

If you click on the “Submit and Sign” button then they can sign the Note/Procedure/Loc and after that is placed in “Signed” mode.
